​I handle a wide range of customer concerns related to YouTube TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and
YouTube services such as Premium, Music, and Kids basically under GOOGLE account. My
responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues—such as guiding customers through steps
like unplugging and replugging devices—managing accounts, processing refunds and
cancellations, and supporting both retention and acquisition efforts. I strive to provide effective,
timely solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
